We can offer practical advice and support to organisations, managers and teams. Sometimes it may just be a case of needing advice on a small matter, or dedicated input with a specific project, implementation of change or support with troubleshooting.
We can offer several levels of management support:
- Email contact - an agreed number per week or month or as and when required
- Telephone contact - an agreed number per week or month or as and when required
- Regular pre-arranged face to face meetings
- Any additional support which may be required to address those unexpected issues
- Project Management - pre arranged number of days to assist with implementation of a new
- service
- Service de-registration or simply supporting with change management.
