The Home Office has published a policy paper which outlines the prevention and defending serious organised crime in the UK, including Child Sexual Exploitation and abuse.
The policy paper outlines a "whole system' approach to tackle serious organised crime and outlines steps that organisation who provide online platforms should take which include blocking child sexual abuse material as soon as it is detected as being uploaded, stopping online grooming taking place and working cohesively with the government and law enforcement to stop live streaming.
The paper outlines how communities, law enforcement and other agencies must work together to prevent child sexual exploitation and abuse.
Worth a read for anyone that works with children and young people.
