“I started at A2Dominion as an apprentice, so you can imagine the nerves I was feeling when I had to contact internal and external customers – however, my manager was singing praises about First Step Training and when I had that first initial call with Suzy, I understood why she was singing praises…she made my job a lot easier with her flexibility, and her enthusiasm for her work. I know for certain that I am not the only person that sings these praises’…Suzy and Daun deliver training to our Care & Support department, and we are constantly hearing nothing but good things from the delegates e.g. ‘the Training was able to highlight legislation that is at the base of practice that in every day working processes is necessary to be have a good knowledge of and use within practice to inform support. the Training is an excellent refresher and reminder of the vulnerability of the client we support, as a result performance is enhanced’. I look forward to working with First Step Training as they develop their knowledge and skills for training.”
