“I just want to feedback to you that the learning event was a great success.   It was very relevant for our services and lots of interaction for the staff. We now have a different perspective on how to implement positive change through our actions.  It was also good to share experiences with other staff in attendance and compare some different ways of working.   Rudi worked really well with everyone, he has a great approach.    Thank You  Service Manager Essex Mental Health Services”
